A friend of mine drove a cousin to her friends house, he stayed for a little while and then left. He knew the guy was on house arrest but did not know why. The offender got sent to jail and now threatens to turn him in for bringing the girl over. He had his daughter with him and he’s afraid cps will take his daughter away. I don’t think he should worry because he did not know. Isn’t it the responsibilty of the offender to inform people why he’s on house arrest, or the polices?
